Thoughts: An Indian Stall at the Kuchai Lama Food Court, I ordered the Maggie Mee Goreng for dinner and the Apom Manis for dessert. To get everything in, I ordered a Heinekken as well.
The series of back-to-back 4 weeks classes were finally over, I would have at least 2 weeks of rest before likely another series of 4 weeks teaching back in KL. Today is my little celebration by myself for braving through the 8 hour daily ordeal with still a recovering eye.
The Indian Lady did well preparing the Fried Instant Noodle (not too wet nor too dry) and (not too spicy nor tasteless); very nice indeed. I completed the meal with her sweet Apom dessert. It seems that she had lived in Penang and learn to cook in the Island, and now trying to make a living in KL!
