Thoughts: My last "Auntie Lora's Pork rib Penang Prawn noodle" here was 04.May.2019 slightly more than a year ago! Then 1 year ago was rm$16 but now is at rm$17.80, quite an expensive bowl of noodle. Still, the broth was thick and taste not bad (yet I still prefer the much cheaper but tastier authentic road side prawn noodles in Penang itself!) Although expensive, the bowl does come with quite a few good pieces of tender pork rib.
Nevertheless, the kopitiam only recently re-open for Dine-in again only since May-16 (last week Saturday) with only a few tables allowed for Dine-in. USJ 21's Main Place Mall LG cafeteria many eateries started opening up for Dine-up last week, with much fewer customers than before. In fact, the few eateries around USJ visited for Dine-up seemed almost empty.
Coming back to Auntie Lora, Auntie Lora Kopitiam establishes since 1981, it begins as a small stall, expanding into a proper shop in 2008 with the signature main course Prawn Mee, Assam Laksa, Lam Mee, Penang Curry Mee, Koay Teow Th'ng, Nasi Lemak, and Penang or is it Ipoh White Coffee. Maybe the Kopitiam have started in Bukit Mertajam in the 80s (as there are pictures on the walls of this outlet), but fast forward it opened its initial outlet in Cheras (2 of them with one in EkoCheras Mall) and few years back in USJ Main Place somewhere in 2015 when the Mall reopens after 15-year construction delay (more like abandoned by the previous developer before year 2000 where shops around the USJ21 area were quite "dead" for many years!)
