Thoughts: Dongkas is one of the latest Restaurant Installation in Sunway Geo, and located on the upper level (2nd floor). It is a Korean restaurant that serves "Dongkas" which is somewhat equivalent to the Japanese Tonkatsu (Deep fried chicken or pork with bread crumbs). The prices are from rm$18 - rm$50+, I think 14 variants of Dongkas that goes with rice or noodles. The restaurant also offers coffee, other beverages, and alcohol.
My Dinner "鸡肉泡菜汤配韩式炸猪排和饭 Kimchi Jigae w/Dongkas and Rice", comes with Kimchi Jigae (also available is Kimchi Fried Rice), "Kimchi Jigae" is a very common stew in Korea and the stew-like Korean dish is made with kimchi and other ingredients, such as scallions, onions, diced tofu, pork, tuna and seafood. Of course, the main is the Dongkas (chicken) which I like more compared to the Kimchi Jigae. Interestingly, Dongkas recipe is really originated from Japan's Tonkatsu, in the 1930s during the Japanese rule in Korea! The Tonkatsu, initially did not receive popularity in Korea as it is too "thick" (thick fried pork cutlet); so, the Korean version is different in that it is thinner and often traditionally served un-sliced.
