Review: I am not sure if it is 3 or 4 layers but there are at least 2 types of potato (should be 番薯 and 木薯) with the 年糕 somewhere in between and some other layers of don't know what. Sure taste good. And its hot from the wok, so really goes well with the Hai Nan Tea. Very nice indeed
