The EMCO stipulates 1 person per car on any outing for grocery or essentials, and morning/evening markets are now closed for good. And I believe many "essential" factories are still open with lots of people driving across districts as long as you apply for a permit! So, if you have a job, the company is shaking their head and if don't have you job, you are shaking our own head! 

Across the nation, suicide rates have increased lately, hotels are closing down (for example, recently the KL Hotel Istana waived the white flag), and many small businesses have been disproportionately affected.
