Thoughts: It's perhaps something deserves a try when one is in Hong Kong; its oily, its heaty, its "high" in everything a middle-age person should be avoiding! But Porky stuff on the street everywhere in Hong Kong is a luxury if one comes from a muslim country!
It's Squid, Hong Kong Curry fish ball, Pig and Cow internal organs, and this one in the busy streets of Mong Kok also offers Snails. The best sauce I perfer to go with these stuff is the 芥末 Mustard. Such stalls offering street foods like these, and on the side maybe also Hong Kong bubble Eggy-shaped waffles; are available at every corner of busy shopping streets, or there also seem to be also at MTR Exits. Prices differ depending at where these stalls are located at!
