Thoughts: One of those "Char Chang Ten" in Mong Kok that closes way past mid-night until 3am in the morning and re-opens at 6:30am! This restaurant is packed in the morning. Pastries are not too bad but beware if you order less than HKD$15, there is a surcharge and Ala-Cart order with additional order of drinks are usually expensive (my milk tea was $17/cup). Normally its only adding $4 for a cup of milk tea if you order set meals that comes along with drinks! 
Nevertheless, the crowd is typical of Hong Kong "Char Chan Teng"!
