Thoughts: I remember my first teaching assignment in Hong Kong about 15 years ago, when the classes were still held at Hong Kong island. I have had numerous breakfast/lunch/dinner in 鰂魚涌太古坊 where the fast food chain has outlets in so many places around Quarry Bay, North Point, & Tai Koo! There was once 3 months in Hong Kong, I really eat at 大家樂 quite often. 
The fast food chain hasn't changed too much, after 15 years. Being the largest Chinese fast food chain in Hong Kong, it is still serving over 300,000 customers a day at its over 150 outlets across the Territory since the early 70s. It is perhaps something that every Hong Kong citizen recognizes!
