Thoughts: After the Fried Koay Teow, I want to try the Hong Kong Milk Tea which was not bad, prepared by a Filipino! Nowadays, except local guys like 阿顺哥! many outlets hire foreigners to prepare food, I am not discriminating but just the facts! Foreign workers, most of them as I see are very hard working as they are motivated to do so. So, it is not really a bad thing. Just usually among the thousands will be some bad apples spoiling the image!
But I ordered the Salted Egg Egg Wafflet (that Hong Kong Waffle thing, but fusion with Salted Egg!), oh my gosh! It was really funky, I should have ordered some other flavor!
