Thoughts: Uncle Soon Fried Rice is cooked with 叉燒 char siew and 蝦 prawns and topped with a 蝦 fried egg with the spicy kick from a bowl of sambal 蝦醬 belacan on the side. Prices of each plate are from rm$9 to rm$12.50. The fried rice specialist became an instant hit during the Covid period where take-away meals became a daily affair and the SS15 original location mushroomed to many locations in Klang Valley.

Came here for Uncle Soon's fried rice but unfortunately the stall was not ready at 8:30am, was told maybe around 9:30am should be available to serve customers. Ended up with "冬菇雞腳雲吞麵 Chicken feet Wanton Mee" for breakfast! 

Next time will be looking forward for the "薑蓉烝粉 Ginger steamed Noodle" as well as Uncle Soon Fried Rice!
