Thoughts: All interesting all-Porky meal of Pizza and Pork Belly! In my opinion, after having the Italian Griled pork Belly twice (Here and Sydney's "Fratelli Fresh"); I think it is very similar to the Chinese Roasted Pork but the Italian recipe is roasted with maybe herbs, spices etc. while the Chinese version is without any of it (maybe just salt and five-spiced powder, I think).
Anyway, regardless of the Italian or Chinese version of the Roasted Pork Belly; they all definitely goes well with beer. The pork pizza, however; comes in thin crust with a lot of cheese but very little pork, too bad!
USJ10's Uncle Don is still as popular to residents of USJ, as it is still crowded from weekday to weekend evenings. Entering via USJ 10/1F from Standard Chartered towards Uncle Don, impossible to find parking. Try your luck along USJ 10/1G or elsewhere.
Presently Uncle Don has 5 locations: SS2, Dutamas, Puchong, TTDI and USJ. Last heard, all of them are usually super-packed at dinner hours.
