咖喱 'Simple' Curry Mee $6
Thoughts: Went to Taipan for breakfast, as I have to pick up the outdoor cloth hanging rack from DIY at Taipan. Saw this "very Malay feel restaurant", but after asking, I found that the owner is a Chinese. I guess the design is to appeal as halal as even all the workers are Malays.
The restaurant is called "Simple"! Yup, that Simple!
Ordered their signature Curry Mee+MeeHoon, the chicken is very tender, the curry is very coconut-based, nice sambal on the side.
'Simple' also serves 'Signature Chicken Rice', Nasi Lemak Rendang, Mee Siam, Poppiah, Wan Ton Mee, Cendol, Cucur Sayur.
