Food Thoughts: My best place for char koay teow (some 40+years ago) was at No. 1 Jalan 21/17 PJ Sea Park (opposite Shell Petrol Station), now I believe its 东方茶餐室 Restoran Tong Fong (Corner shop). The Chinese Lady who makes the Char Koay Teow has retired many many years ago. 
This one at Restoran L&L cooked by a foreigner is OK for a quick breakfast. In USJ, 天天茶餐室 Restoran Tian Tian at USJ 20/8C offers a reasonably good Char Koay Teow that I like. But just where is a good Char Koay Teow in Shah Alam, Subang Jaya, Klang, or PJ!

Food Thoughts: The hawker owner likely makes most if not all of her Yong Tao Foo everyday, that is why it is fresh. Unfortunately, she only serves the YTF with noodles and not Chee Cheong Fun. Without reservations, I ordered the YTF to go with dry rat noodles. 林李茶餐室 Restoran L & L Kopitiam is one of the several Chinese Restaurants here at Taman Sri Muda which offers a variety of hawker food for morning and lunch.
