Thoughts: Last visit here was 07.03.2020 (right before the 1st MCO1.0 lockdown), for the kopitiam's excellent rm$15.90 "东坡肉配饭 Braised Pork Belly w/Rice". USJ8's Subang Perdana Goodyear Court 4 offers 3 Chinese Kopitiam: 天添發飲食中心 Restoran Ten Tien and 好年美食中心 Restoran Goodyear where both corner shop lots are at the entrance to Goodyear Court 4; this one "顺源茶室 Soon Guan Kopitiam" is at the other end (only can be seen from Persiaran Kewajipan).

Parking at this quieter end of the shop lots in Goodyear Court 4 is much easier. Unlike "Ten Tien" and "Goodyear" which offers multiple hawker stalls foods; "Soon Guan" is a single vendor kopitiam, menu is the same as last year! However, the young owner-Chef said he will roll out a new menu starting June next month.  

Today's breakfast rm$6.50 "配根蛋三文治 Bacon Egg sandwich", is quite oily on the outside; comes in a croissant with egg wrapping the mashed bacon, tomato, some vegetables, and lots of sauce.

Thoughts: A new kopitiam "顺源茶室 Soon Guan Kopitiam, already in business since 2nd January this year (for 2 months+ now) in USJ8's Good Year Court 4. In the row of shop lots facing Persiaran Kewajipan; on one end is the old timer "Tien Tien Fatt" while the other end is the new kopituan "Soon Guan". 
The new kopitiam offers the usual breakfast of Toast and Coffee plus Croissant sandwich variants (will have to find our if noodles are also available on the morning). For lunch and dinner, it is Noodles and 碟头发 Dip Tau Fan (Single dish meals). The "Braised Pork Belly" for lunch is definitely quite like the standards of Chinese restaurants, but its 3/4 Fat, can't complain as its "东坡肉" (much like its silly to argue that "京都排骨" should not have any bones!). The meat portion was juicy, tender and tasty, the bowl comes with some carrots and brocolli (to be honest, the Fatty portion was also nice). It is very tasty but for me, quite expensive as a Single dish rice meal.
Pitty the Chef/owner, who had to manage everything alone; from taking orders, cooking, serving and cashier as well. Lucky for him, not too many customers at 1:30pm today. Prices of noodles and rice dishes at Soon Gian Kopitiam range from rm$8 - rm$16, definitely worth another visit to sample other dishes.
