Thoughts: Oh, finally I am trying the Indian Dosa (Malaysia calls it Dosai or Tosai). This one I had at the factory is indigeneous of Southern India type (as I was told), very popular in all of India. The version is called Rava Dosa, I think very nice! The sauce is very similar to the once served in Restaurants at home.
Both dishes are Indian origin (from India), I guess the population of imported Indian workers (both white and blue color) are quite big. There is even an Indian Radio Station. Not forgetting the Masala Tea from India (here called Chai Tea), quite popular since the past few years with Tea shops opened everywhere, popular not just to Indians working here but also the Locals. And I think at the Power Plant, at least half or more of the office staff seems to be Indian Origin. Guards are from Nepal. Filipinos and Africans seems to be working in the service sector (like those working in Al Safir hotel).
