Thoughts: Surprise to find 阿顺哥 which runs the Ria Cafe (where Symphony House is located), at Ara Damansara. I have know this guy for at least 5 years since I come to teach for Hilti at Symphony House every year for 10 days. Even 阿顺哥 was surprised to see me at the Evolve Concept Mall. Poor guy, he has to man this small outlet (branch) as well, and today he was alone as his staff take half day leave. He does all the cooking. Good chef! Enjoyed his Fried Koay Toew for many years!
