Thoughts: The signature steam fish was definitely good, very fresh, just excellent! An unassuming restaurant tucked away at the shops around the light industrial area to Taman Subang Permai; "蕉賴四樓馳名蒸魚頭 Flat Cheras Restaurant" only offers 11 items in their menu; 4 fish, 4 vege, and 3 meat recipes, thats it! The 3 dishes sampled was nice; especially the fish and hong kong choy sum, not oily and not salty. Worth visiting again soon!
First time visitng "Flat Cheras" despite the restaurant has been at Subang Permai for around 2 years! I believe the 3.5 miles Jalan Cheras must be the HQ and this one at Taman Subang Permai is one of the branch.
