Thoughts: Re-visiting Mish Mash tonight primarly for the French craft beer "3 Monts Grande Reserve Ale" at 9.5%ABV. The craft beer is known as a Classic beer in North of France; brewed by Saint Sylvestre brewery since the 1600!
3 Monts comes with beautiful Golden color body, interesting it is brewed using Malt and Fermented Lees (dead/residual yeast). Its a powerful Malt drink with a surprising hint of fruitiness but tend towards bitterness at the end, leaving a nostalgic array of flavors.
I'd say last nights Belgium's Le Chouffe Blonde could have been a much better beer pairing to the House Signature Roasted Pork! Excellent cut of chunky old-fashioned roasted pork, but the best thing was its "Green" Apple Sauce leaving you want for more after every bite. Not the best roasted pork I have had before but perfect to end the night!
Looking forward for its new round of Craft beer in a few months time, and perhaps the other bites here offered by Mish Mash.
