Thoughts: First visit to Song River was Dec 13 last year, where they only have the 龙虎班米粉 Estuary Grouper for the Fish BeeHoon; but todays visit was fortunate there was stock of 龙趸米粉 Giant Grouper. Honestly, I can't really tell the difference but maybe the 龙趸 meat was slightly jucier than the 龙虎班 meat; nevertheless, its double the price!
The 炒伊面 Fried Yee Mee compared to last time lacking "Wok Hei", I'd skip the Bak Kut Teh! The "炒金香 迷你啦啦 Kam Heong “Mini” Lala" didin't seem impressive but really quite good and quite addictive! Too bad, can't have a beer to go along with it.
I won't hessiate to come back here for the 3rd time for its night session where other hawkers stalls opens up for dinner time.
