Thoughts: This is the 6th visit to Restoran Mable Vege, trying out the Claypots, both vegetarian claypot chicken rice and vegetarian claypot loh si fun. The claypot chicken rice comes with a full load of ginger, didn't like it at all. While the loh si fun was not bad, it comes with lots of cabbage, chopped cauliflower, slices of mushrooms, carrots, and an egg in a slightly salty sauce for the loh si fun in a claypot; compared to the vegetarian chicken rice claypot, this one taste must better.
Annually, around CNY, Restoran Mable Vege will be coming up with some CNY recipes and usually available 1 week before the CNY which is 29th January onwards!
