Thoughts: my first visit of this 荣记饭面店 Restoran Win Kee was probably 30 years ago; at the same row of shops just a different address! It probably have been selling Wan Ton Mee really longer than that.
After many years (maybe 10 or 15 years), I am returning here for a plate of Wan Ton Mee; the son who is now managing the entire shop now also have lots of white hair now. Most customers who walked in seems regulars as the chef repeats for them if there want the same as before.
I also liked its 水饺 Dumpling, not too meaty nor salty. Although Chasiew wasn't the best in town, but wan ton noodle was excellent. (rm$5 for small and rm$6 for large) Also available is chicken feet, chicken meat; in soup, dry or curry sauce variants; Rice instead of Noodle is also available. Definitely will re-visit soon again.
Many times, food isn't just the taste but also the memories!
