Thoughts: It has been quite soem time since last had sashimi. Todya's Sashimi was at Rakuzen, Empire SS16 branch. Rakuzen have 3 locations here at Subang, one at Empire Shopping Gallery, SS15 Courtyard and Sunway Pyramids.
There is also Omakase sushi here at rm$120 for Chef choice of 12 Nigiri Sushi + 1 Omaki Sushi. I am having the cheaper set vesion at rm$55 which comes with 5 only types of Sashimi: 三文鱼 Salmon, 金枪鱼 Maguro (Tuna), 鱿鱼 Yari Ika (Squid), 八爪鱼 Tako (Octopus), and I believe 鰤鱼 Hamachi (Yellow tail). Wonderful presentation, fresh, and excellent overall. Good Ala Carte and set choices as well. Overall, set meals are more value for money. The "Sashimi Zen" set comes with 5 types of Shashimi, an Egg Plant appetizer, Miso soup, Fruits, Cawan Mushi, and Rice.
Dining experience here is wonderful with good service, and private rooms, or at the sushi bar. Price wise medium and above but with an extensive Japanese menu choice, there is something for everyone.
