Thoughts: For breakfast with rm$45 on the streets of Penang, one can really eat till you drop, but thats the Seri Tanjung Cafe's breakfast buffet price at Royal Chulan Penang. No doubt there are a lot to offer here but its typical of many Malaysian Hotel breakfast buffets. Nevertheless, its friendly service, and nice variety. I have already skipped 2 breakfast where I hit hit the roads early morning to have my breakfast on the streets of Penang, as its included in the hotel chargers (via Agoda); just sampling a few items here this morning!
