Thoughts: I definittely like the steam chicken here at Restoran Satellite. 侯师傅 Sifu Hou has been cooking and serving Chicken rice for 30 years, as he passionately talks about his years cooking chicken the right way! It takes 2-3 hours daily to prepare the chickens and ready by around 9:30am until finishing his session at 2pm, from 2pm - 9:30pm will be taken over by the Boss's brother with the help of a several foreign workers.
卫星餐馆 Restoran Satellite has been here in the same location, selling the same recipe for many years (forgot to 侯师傅 Sifu Hou about the history as we were chatting about other things), he said soon around 11am onwards, customers will be coming in and he will be really busy for 3 hours until his shift over at 2pm!
I prefer the steam chicken, its definitely tender, very nice soya sauce and chili sauce to get with it. In his morning shift, 侯师傅 Sifu Hou also plays the Oldies songs from the 70s and a fan of Sam Hui's songs! A nice place to have a good chicken rice meal any time of the day from 9:30am to 9:30pm!
