Thoughts: Exiting the escalator to 1st floor of Wisma Cosway, there are 2 eateries. At 7am, one shop empty and another already with quite a number of customers. I choose the empty shop and ordered Vermicelli Soup, and when 2 shops side by side with one good business and another empty, there is usually a good reason for it!
