Thoughts: If you plan to park inside the KL ICC Pudu indoor parking for breakfast,, you should come before 7am. Or after that you will have to fight for your spot with all other later comers. Even on the streets itself after 7am just outside KL ICC Pudu is quite pathetic as people just double-park wherever they like. I guess after 9am or 10am something, the situation will ease out a bit as the the risk of double-parking "may" end up possibly getting a summon from the road police or DBKL!
Just on Sunday, there are now the style of Tripple-Parking instead of Double-Parking happening in USJ Taipan, making it impossible to maneuver you way through a supposedly 2-way road.
Today I was aiming for Ah Lien's 水饺 Dumpling but as usual, tough luck on a Tuesday or Wednesday! So, I ended up with Dry Pan Mee from stall G-22. The Proportion of anchovies to minced meat is likely 80-20%, otherwise I enjoyed the meal, tried the Pan Mee chili but regret after that, as it further worsened my already bad coughing!
