鸭脚包 "Duck Leg Wrap" $2
Thoughts: Ah, the "Duck Leg Wrap" or 鸭脚包, with pork liver and some fatty meats are being wrapped with duck intestines and sometimes we get the duck leg as well protruding out from the intestine wrapping. I think the wraps must have been braised or roasted in the unique sauce recipe that gives it a very special aroma and sweet taste. I suppose due to the sauce and cooking methods, the texture and taste are somewhat similar to 叉烧 roasted pork (char siew). I can have 4 or 5 younger days, but today 1 is enough.
