Thoughts: Writing and Chanting the Mantra has help me a lot lately to get through difficult times. I like the 'exercise' as it really suits my personality well, it is something I can always do it 'alone' and finding time to do it now is no longer a luxury to me, as time is where I can always find at this stage of my career.
