三明治和麵包/雞蛋/咖啡 Sandwiches and Bread/Egg/Coffee (Today) (Januuary 27, 2022) **6th visit to SS15's "大家美食中心 Big Family Restaurant", sampling an expensive rm$11 "魚滑米粉 Fish paste Mihun" which come with "So So" fish paste plus a few thin slices of (I think) 鮑魚 abalone. The 魚滑 fish paste wasn't impressive in a bowl of 淡奶魚骨湯 creamy milk fishy bone soup with lots of 姜 ginger, 番茄塊 tomato cubes, and maybe some 紹興酒 Shaoxing wine!
The Fish head noodle hawker stall offers 魚頭米粉 Fish head Meehoon, 魚滑米粉 Fish paste Meehoon, 生蝦魚頭米 Fresh prawns and Fish head Meehoon, and 啦啦米 Lala Meehoon from rm$11 to rm$20. Perhaps to try the stall's "魚頭米粉 Fish head Meehoon" next time.
Looks like 2 new hawker stalls (started just 2 days ago) will be available in the 夜市 evening session which offers 馬六甲風格 Melaka Style 豬肉沙爹 Pork satay, 豬腸沙爹 Chitterlings (Pig intestine satay), and 蝦沙爹 Prawn satay; and another stall offering 馬六甲風味的烤魚 Melaka style Grilled Fish. Don't think any 豬肉沙爹 Pork satay and 豬腸沙爹 Chitterlings combinations are available anywhere in Subang Jaya area, definitely worth exploring in the future.
