Thoughts: Safi fish or googled also called Rabbit fish. Safi/Rabbit fish is one of the 7 types of fish that is save for consumption in the Gulf/Middle-East countries. Accordingly to my colleagues at the Power Plant, Safi fish is a common diet here and usually is a Arabic Fried Recipe. The Fish is not meaty and not exactly my cup of tea. The lunch Safi fish menu I got was without sauce, and so it was really dry eating with rice.
But the Saudi recipe of Garlic Bread was definitely nice. Enjoyed the Garlic Bread more than the fish.
