Thoughts: Frittata is an egg-based Italian dish similar to an omelette, enriched with additional ingredients such as meats, cheeses, vegetables or pasta. The word Frittata is Italian and roughly translates to "fried". No sure it should go with any sauce but I dipped it with the Foul Medames, and its taste weird with sauce. It was better to eat it plain.
But I used the Foul Medames for dips with Sausages and the Mixed Mezzas! Again the Foul Medames (Fav beans) "Arabic", is a wonderful dipping sauce for some dishes.
