姜汁蛋白燉鲜奶 Ginger steamed custard milk HKD$23
Thoughts: One of the things I have to eat is the 蛋白燉鲜奶 or 鲜蛋. As previously my stay is usually in Hong Kong Island; I get my dose of custard steam milk/egg in Causeway Way, in this trip I have yet to visit Hong Kong Island since landing here on Sunday.
The previous days of this dessert encounter at other restaurants was not really a good one. However, luckily this one at Sham Shui Po 深水埗 did not disappoint me.
