Thoughts: There are no better thing than a hong congee in a cool night as there was some slight (just a little drizzle) tonight. This shop has only 3-4 tables, I was alone at 11pm looking for some supper on my 1st night in Hong Kong. What comes to mind about Congee in Hong Kong is 生滚牛肉 Raw Beef Congee; something I still remember savoring few times at a street called 七姐妹街 at 北角 Norht Point, Hong Kong Island, many years ago. But tonight, I am asking for a Pork Congee; equally beautiful supper!
