Thoughts: Last visit here was 25.11.2016 where I had the Chee Cheong Fun here! Since DBKL lined up blockages along Jalan Melati, the restaurant is hidden behind the blockages. I think the blockages started since early 2017 until now. The roads are narrower on Jalan Melati due to the blockages, and parking needs some luck even around 7am in the morning. Furthermore, this area is not really a place you want to park your car alone or walk around alone; it is flocked with foreign workers who lived here, there are beggars on side-walks, and the rubbish everywhere is a sore eye.   
But Surprisingly; anyway, some how a fancy "Organic-like looking" Architecture with green windows sprung up opposite Mei Sin on Jalan Melati, the sign board shows "Local Product & Souvenir Shop" 南阳艳 马来西亚特产专卖店; must be for a tourist destination. I really wonder why some rich man decided on such a fancy structure for tourist at the heart of the notorious Medan Imbi area. 
This morning I am on for Dry Rat Noodle with mixed fish and meat balls as well as bean curds. Most shops have increased $0.50 on their bowl/plate of noodles from $6 many months now in KL. I am in the opinion that soon or by end of this year, it will be $7 or beyond.
