Thoughts: HoHung Kee is a "Michelin Star Wonton Noodle" prominently located at the Main Arrival Hall at Hong Kong International Airport. I can't wait to get into the city for some Hong Kong food; so my first Hong Kong meal is at the airport for its Beef Noodle. Amazing beef tendons 牛筋牛腩 cooked to perfection and the Hong Kong style Wan Ton noodle, I nearly drink all the soup! Perfect first meal after landing in Hong Kong.
I need to start accustomed with hong kong style table manners! as I was immediately escorted to one of the two tables in the restaurants reserved for single person eating. So, I was seated in a table of 8-10 strangers all minding our own business eating our own meals!
