Thoughts: Don't think the fish paste for the white tofu was fresh. This stall sells both YTF and CCF at $1/piece. Perhaps I should have asked for less gravy and chili as the plate was flooded with both and lots of sesame; not to my liking. But this place is for early birds and arriving here early means parking is easier, sitting outside in the open air wasn't hot and still arriving at once's workplace around 7am++.
