Thoughts: From a humble beginning in 1992 as a shop selling organic products in Malacca, founded by Madam Tracy Ngo, who is also the author of the three organic recipe books. The first outlet came to Klang Valley in 2011 in Sunway Pyramids, and that outlet is still there; and of course 12 or more outlets from AEON Bukit Tinggi to KL Pavilion Elite. The latest outlet (I guess) must be another location in USJ10 Taipan.

Today's lunch is a rm$23.90 "亞參蘇菜余 Vegetarian Asam Seaweed Beancurd", the set comes with "Asam Seaweed" (mocked fish) in spicy and sour broth. Side dishes are a bowl of 沙拉 salad, 馬鈴薯肉餅 potato crochet, some fresh greens, 玉米清湯 clear soup with corn, and finally a bowl of 糙米 brown rice.
A variety of vegetarian noodles and rice dishes which starts at rm$15.90 can be found in their colorful menu, but also available are sandwiches, pizza, and vegetarian snacks!
