Thoughts: Amazing beach view of Pantai Batu Hitam with 蘸麵粉炸海鮮 Seafood Celup Tepung (deep fried seafood dip in flour) and funky halal sweet Mojito or cold drinks, south of the town of Kuantan. The locals say this is one more the best "Celup Tepung" in town!
