It is a rm$30 (including 16% Tax) EXPENSIVE bowl of Beef Noodle for Dinner! The waiter recommend soup and 手工瀨粉 chef home-made Laifun, as well as the mixed bowl. Broth is the "clear type" and tasty but rm$30 for the portion is on the high side with 牛肉 Beef meat + 牛肚 Stomach + 牛筋 Tendon + 牛肉丸 Beef balls. Not sure why there are 2 types of chili: a watery version and a slightly thick version which was an excellent dipping sauce for the beef parts. The reason for the high price (according to the waiter) is that the Beef are imported beef from Australia!
The shop offers only Beef Noodle (mostly if not all are Broth base), but I think dry version is available AND a variety of Beef Meat and mixed cow parts variants are available.
The 2 Tangkak Beef Noodle branches in Klang Valley are indeed originally from that "famous" must visit Tangkak Beef Noodle (according to quite a few netizens) if you ever step food in 東甲 Tangkak, 柔佛州 Johor "Tangkak Beef Noodle @ Restoran Kuang Fei" (Jalan Solok, Kampung Padang Lalang), which is just 15-20 minutes from Tangkok Toll from the North-South Highway.All of the Tangkak Beef Noodle shops whether in Malaka, Johor, or Klang Valley are managed by the second and third generation of the "韓 Han Family" including this one in Puchong's Bandar Puteri. The original location at Kuang Fei is claim to fame for their beef brisket noodle 牛腩麵 soup which was only rm$5 just 10 years ago!.
