Thoughts: Breakfast is a rm$28 expensive Burger "軟骨蟹漢堡 Soft Shell Crab Burger", its a 油炸軟殼蟹 Deep fried Soft shell crab with 太陽蛋 Sunny Side up egg plus 洋蔥醬 Onion Jam, 醃黃瓜 pickled Cucumbers, 塔塔醬 Tartar sauce, and 香鬆 Furikake on a Soft Bun.

VCR is located along Jalan Gallowey, just behind the Blue "KL Contingent Police Headquarters" building. I think the 2 rows of buildings are probably colonial period residential houses, some are abandoned, some are under renovations, and there are at least 4 Café which are all full-house today. AND people are in a queue to get in to these hipster Cafes! On public holidays or weekends, I suppose can just park along the road sides BUT the Cafe is just 2-3 minutes walk from Hang Tuah monorail station.
VCR have 2 branches in KL: one in Bangsar and todays visit is at the the branch near Pudu area. The Pudu VCR is one of the 4 Cafes here around Jalan Gallowey, the Café is a little Black house (corner house) with 2 floors, both indoors and outdoor seating at the ground floor as well as upstairs. Maybe should have just tried VCR's coffee as the Café is said to be one of the top 50 in the world! Holidays and weekends are probably not a good idea unless you don't mind the queue and crowd. Laptops are no longer allowed here!
