Thoughts: Today's breakfast is a series of Hakka traditional pastries: 

紅龜粿 or "紅龜糕" Ang Ku Kueh is a traditional 客家甜點 Hakka dessert cake; and it is also common for the 閩南人 Hokkien, 潮州人 Teochew, 客家人Hakka, and 廣東人 Cantonese to use this dessert cake for prayers. And the dessert cake is still popular in 福建 Hokkien, 廣東 Guang Dong, 臺灣 Taiwan, and elsewhere  down south 南洋 in 印尼 Indonesia, 馬來西亞 Malaysia, and 新加坡 Singapore. The outer layer is of sticky glutinous rice flour skin that looks like a turtle shell, and wrapped around with sweet fillings in the center like 花生 Peanuts, 紅豆 Red beans, 蓮蓉 Lotus paste, 椰子 Coconut, 綠豆 Mung beans, and recent flavors like 芝士 Cheese, 黑芝麻 Black sesame etc. SOME say that the traditional Chinese dessert cakes in Southern China are the direct influence to the Peranakan Nyoya Kueh. 

客家粗葉粄 Ramie Leaf Dumpling is another traditional Hakka Kueh, "粗葉 Chuye" (literally thick leaf) is a Hakka dialect and its official name is "Ramie Leaf". It is a traditional Hakka ancient tea cake where its color comes from the pureed Ramie Plant leaves (of Heart shape) mixed with Glutinous rice flour; the filling inside can be 綠豆醬 mung beans paste, 碎花生 crushed peanuts or finely minced 菜脯 choy poh fillings.

Don' think that the "芋頭糕 Taro/Yam cake" is a Hakka dessert cuisine but it was today's best dessert; the stall is run by an elderly lady offering the sampled Dessert cakes (Kueh) plus several choices of 糖水 Tong Shui. You can the small stall inside USJ10's K1美食閣 K1 Food Court.
