If you are looking for free parking and all-day-long variety halal Malay food in USJ, there are at least 2 of the above to choose from! 

Medan Selera @ USJ7 offers at least 20 stalls and some stalls like Cahaya@USJ7 opens as early as 7am (although most at from 8am), there is also free toilet here, + multi purpose badminton hall, + a surau; and here are the Malay foods in the morning with at least 13 of 20 stalls seen operating in the morning for breakfast offering 馬來麵類 Bermacam Mee (noodles), 椰漿飯 Nasi Lemak, 蒸米飯 Nasi Kukus, 煎餅 Roti Canai, 馬來雜飯 Nasi Campur, 馬來大炒/小炒 Goreng-Goreng, 冷熱飲品 Hot & Cold drinks. The should be more choices from lunch onwards as the rest of the stalls open for business from afternoon onwards (also some stalls offers breakfast like nasi lemak and from lunch switch to other choices like noodle and other dishes):

Stall#1. used to be the famous "Sate Retro" which used to offers rm$1 nasi lemak and very popular Satay BUT "Sate Kajang Retro" moved to a shop lot in USJ1 (or USJ Sentral 3), the shop lots are opposite USJ 1 Giant/Damen Mall. If not mistaken, the popular Satay stall relocated to USJ 1 either 2020 or 2021. Since then, Stall#1 has been EMPTY until today. 

Today's breakfast is a rm$6 馬來椰漿飯 Nasi Lemak from Stall#15 Cahaya@USJ7. The rm$6 includes delicious warm 椰漿飯 coconut rice, some 鳳尾魚 ikan bilis, 黃瓜片 cucumbers, a 熟雞蛋 boiled egg, 參巴蘇東 sambal sotong, and 仁當牛肉 rendang daging; definitely value for money! The Stall today offers Nasi Lemak with meats choices like 咖哩雞 Curry chicken, 仁當牛肉 Rendang daging, 叁巴魷魚 Sambal sotong, 牛肺 Paru Paru, 炸雞 Fried chicken, 煎雞蛋 Fried Eggs, and 炒麵 Fried noodles or 炒飯 Fried Rice AND some vegetables choices like 茄子 Brinjal and 節瓜 Zucchini dish.
