Thoughts: Good Coffee, Excellent ambiance and good music but very very very bad service with the Barista cum Cashier not willing to recommend coffee from the menu and outright rude to an elderly (me). Perhaps she only serves young people or those who dress wealthy!
Oh yeah, when i finally decided on the Latte Maccchiato, she asked me if i knew that what i was ordering was a cup of coffee. FYI, a Latte Macchiato is basically milk marked with an Espresso. It does have the same ingredients as of a caffe latte but it is made and looks different in presentation. In fact, a good Latte Macchiato is served in a tall glass and has distinctive 3 layers between the foam, espresso and milk with the foam on top, espresso below the foam and milk at the bottom.
Too bad the Latte Macchiato here was served only in a Cup; shows lack of professionalism in presenting the Coffee correctly differentiating it from a Latte (something not so right from an award winning Cafe). Nevertheless, I did like the taste of the Latte Macchiato and everything else except the terrible service and coffee presentation. One Interesting note, there don't even serve drinking water.
Previously experience of Coffee Coffea at SS15 was a much more positively one with goid service from the Barista despite the SS15 location not having the ambiance nor comfort.
