Thoughts: The name of the restaurant is called "Norm", located somewhere on Lebuh Carnarvon; but not at the shop lots along the main road. Find 噢噢牛咖啡屋 "OO White Coffee Cafe" or 打石街牛肉粿条 "Loo Beef Noodle", a small lane next to the shops to go into a private parking lot where Norm is located.
Norm offers a clean decoration (kind of modern Japanese), with a "mock sakura flower tree" in the middle of the seating areas; I think maybe only 8-10 tables and 20-30 customers at a time. There are 2 menus; the "Norm menu" offers a good range of tea, coffee and food (seem to be mainly waffles) as well as spaghetti while the "Noct menu" offers Cocktails!
As for my lunch, ""怒った"シャクシュカ配松饼 The Angry Shakshuka + Waffles", interesting and likable concoction of some chili, sweet, and salty in the combination!
Interestingly, when asked, the young waitresses told me that the Signboard outside will show "Norm" in the morning and will later change to "Noct" in the evening!
