Thoughts: Quiche -> "Kish" (is how it is pronounced)! I ordered the Tomato Spinach Quiche (basically an egged pie with spinanch and tomato). Quiche (KEESH) is a savoury open flan consisting of pastry crust filled with eggs, milk or cream, and cheese, meat, seafood or vegetables. Quiche can be served hot or cold. It is part of French cuisine but is also popular in other countries, particularly as party food. I have no experience of it but the one offered here seems delicious!
Sprezzatura Cafe at Phileo Damansara, besides being a Cafe which serves both coffee and meals; also is a little "factory" roasting coffee beans for distribution. It has a 1 kg and 5 kg machine. It sells its specially roasted coffee beans under the brand name "Sprezzatura". I should have ordered their signature in-house roasted coffee rather than the Pandan Gula Melaka Latte.
