Thoughts: Not just a big list of Kolo-Mee variants but also Grain Rice Meals and a variety of side orders. I heard that the Mali Chai and Sarawak Black coffee is excellent too. But I am trying the Sarawak Laksa Kolo-Mee variant tonight, which comes with 2 big prawns and chicken meat slices; its interesting! Also like the Kuching Chai Kueh which comes with a home-made spicy "sourish" greenish sauce but the Lo Bak was just ok.
The restaurant is not inside the indoor Mall grounds, but more like a shop lot within the compound of One City. The interior is simple with drawings of prominent structures in Kuching on the walls as well but only a few "cats"! If you are seated at tables in the back of the restaurant, you can see the busy kitchen staff preparing the meals through a glass window partition.
A couple of Kuching recipes on the menu worth trying, will be coming here soon.
