For a more exotic taste, ask for 绍兴 ShaoXing! According to the boss, the 麻辣 Malat add-on will be very very spicy. The tasty soup is based on 猪骨 pork bones, 鸡骨 chicken bones, and 江鱼仔 anchovies.
The service is good here as the boss dubt as the waiter and explains the menu, weekends parking is easier (free, no MPSJ) or park in the mall for $2. The restaurant is not inside the mall but a shop lot within the One City compound.
