Thoughts: Mille Crepe Cake is layer cake with 20-layers of paper thin Crepes (可丽饼 thin pastry), with each separated with a brush of French pastry cream and it is a Classic French dessert. It is said to be a "No-Baked Cake" and "No-Bake" meaning no part of the preparation process involves cooking in the oven!
The French Mille Crepe Cake is similar to Japan's Thousand Layer Cake ("Mille" in French literaaly means "thousand/many layers") and that's where Nadaje comes from where the founder is a Japanese lady! in Melaka.
Nadeje was established in 2006 and prides itself with its Crepe Cake and other speciality cakes, and its 100% hand-made without preservatives. Nadeje is the brain child of Miss Nozomi Nishimura who started a little shop in Melaka selling Mille Crepes (popular with Singapore Tourist) where later "Nadeje Patisserie" has expanded into a two-shoplot cafe that serves light snacks and healthy beverages at Plaza Mahkota here. The Cafe have expanded their operations to 3 more locations in the Klang Valley as of today, one of which is located at Sunway Pyramids!
Here, at Nadaje Sunway Pyramids, both the GreenTea, and the Rum & Raisin were good choice; even better with a cuppa of Rose Cuppuccino! Good service with well trained foreign staff.
