Thoughts: If you want the full choice of vegetarian dish selections, come around 7:15am, else you choose from whatever the chef have prepared until that time. I was early here around 6:50am, and only maybe 75% of the dishes were prepared. I picked 3 choices; Lotus root, vegetarian prawn, and fried egg with meehoon and fried koay teow. This restaurants serves vegetarian from around 7am to 3++pm depending on when all the dish are sold-out. I was told the chef will prepare another round of dishes for lunch goers.
