Thoughts: Went to Aeon for the Ink Cartridge replace where I bought the HP Deskjet 3775 printer. I checked the HP website for the printer model cartridge model codes (it was HP 652) where I showed the Aeon staff; they checked their cabinet and stock and said both the printer and cartridge are no longer sold! I asked them for suggestion of where to buy the cartridge and they told me go next door to the IT shop.
The Chinese guy asked me for the printer model and presented the Ink Cartridge model HP 680, instead of HP 652. He told me the web-sites usually show Cartridge models for overseas (Western use) maybe due to their law or weather (no idea)! Indeed the box of the HP 680 also shows the printer model where the ink cartridge can be used!
I would say likely the IT shop chinese guy is the shop owner while the staff of Aeon don't really bother about customer satisfaction or don't care, LOL!
